Fanno Meglio is a vibrant five-piece band whose performances are always lively and highly entertaining.
Set up oringinally as a jazz quintet, Fanno Meglio is a group of musicians who can cover the entire musical spectrum - from classic or obscure jazz to well-known (and some not so well-known) covers, from traditional spirituals to vibrant improvised jams, not forgetting the band's own material which is ever increasing.
Their youthful appearance and wide-eyed enthusiasm belies the considerable experience they have in performing together. The band first got together at Gresham's School and for more than four years has provided music for a startling variety of events that encompasses theatre, club and dance events, weddings, private parties, charity auctions and even the Opening Ball at the University of St Andrews.
Whether you require the full band for a lively wedding dance or a quieter set to provide the backdrop for your event, we will adapt to accommodate your needs.
